Today I had an appointment with Dr at JVC Hospital. Seeing the huge crowd, long waiting and arguments between patients, attendants and staff, I couldn’t even meet the doctor and returned home.
Some staff members are behaving very badly with patients and attendants.
I feel the management should have a proper appointment system, and staff should remain calm and respectful. Patients are already suffering—they deserve care, dignity and understanding.
