A remarkable achievement and a testament to genuine public service!

Congratulations to our SK Chairman, Hon. Reden T. Lapeña, for being named a Service Excellence Awards 2026 – National Finalist!

We are equally proud to celebrate the Sangguniang Kabataan Council of Barangay Amunitan, who were also recognized as Service Excellence Awards 2026 – National Finalists.

This program was held at La Carmela de Boracay Hotel & Convention Center, Boracay, Aklan September 5, 2026

This recognition is a reflection of the dedication, leadership, and hard work of our SK officials and the entire team behind every program and service for the youth.

Before the end of their term, this award is a meaningful gift to KK Amunitan a lasting reminder that their service, sacrifices, and commitment to the youth have made a difference.

The Sangguniang Kabataan of Barangay Amunitan proudly celebrates another milestone as we were awarded the Seal of Good Youth Governance (SGYG) – SILVER SEAL during the Siklab Lingkod Award 2026! 🥈🏆

The Plaque and Certificate of Recognition were formally received by the SK Officials of Barangay Amunitan on September 2, 2026, at Gonzaga Riverview, Gonzaga, Cagayan.

This recognition is more than just an award—it is a testament to our commitment to good governance, transparency, accountability, youth participation, and meaningful public service.

Hindi lamang ito tagumpay ng SK Council—tagumpay ito ng bawat kabataan ng Barangay Amunitan.

LNK Laro ng Lahi 2026

Last August 29, 2026, we successfully organized the LNK Laro ng Lahi, led by the SK Council headed by SK Chairman Reden T. Lapeña. It was a fun-filled day that brought our youth and community together through traditional Filipino games, teamwork, and camaraderie.

After the games, we also conducted a Clean-Up Drive around our barangay to promote cleanliness, discipline, and a greener and more beautiful environment. 🌱🧹

More than just playing, it’s about building friendships, strengthening our community, and reminding everyone that a better barangay starts with each one of us.

LOOK || Laro ng Lahi 2026

In celebration of Linggo ng Kabataan 2026, Laro ng Lahi will be held on August 29, 2026 at Barangay Amunitan Gymnasium.

Our SK Officials, led by SK Chairperson Hon. Reden Lapeña together with the SK Council, organized Laro ng Lahi for all KK members of Barangay Amunitan.

It will not just be a day of games, but also a beautiful way of honoring our rich culture and heritage—filled with fun, laughter, and togetherness.

See you there and let’s continue to cherish, preserve, and celebrate our cultural roots with pride and joy.
