The nomination period for the Office of Councillor has been extended until 4:00 p.m. on Monday, September 14, 2026, as there are not yet enough candidates to fill all Councillor positions.

If you’ve been considering serving your community, now is your chance!

Please note that the Village Office is closed on Saturday and Sunday but will be open at 8:30 am on Monday. Nomination Packages will be available for pickup then.

The Village of Zeballos is accepting quotations to replace flooring in a Village-owned rental trailer.

The RFQ package includes a fillable form that can be downloaded and completed using the link below. Printed copies are also available at the Village Office.

The Strathcona Regional District is asking residents of Zeballos to share their experiences and knowledge about local hazards and risks as part of a new Hazard, Risk and Vulnerability Analysis (HRVA).

You know our community best — from areas that may be vulnerable to flooding, wildfire, landslides, storms, road hazards, or other emergencies. Your input can help identify the risks that matter most and guide future emergency preparedness and risk-reduction planning. 🏘️🌲
