We appreciate everyone’s support of the plant sale and those who have bought extra plants since then. We still have lots of extra plants left and hate to throw them out. They will be free to a good home/by donation for another week or so before we get rid of them as we prepare for the summer. Stop by to see what we have and please help yourself!

🥒 Fresh Produce available!! 🥬 we currently have some cucumbers ready for harvest as well as some curly leaf lettuce! $2 for a cucumber and $3 for a head of lettuce. More will be available soon! Stop in the office to pay, or drop by the greenhouse after 2pm to pick up. We also have a selection of Youngstown School Greenhouse t-shirts available for $20! 👕 Youth and adult sizes, but only in limited quantities so get them while you can!

Thanks you to everyone who came out and supported our sale this afternoon! We appreciate the community support, and we had a fun day displaying all our hard work this spring! We hope everyone enjoys their purchases, but if you need a few things still please reach out as we do have plants left. We are in the greenhouse every afternoon after 2pm!

🌱 Reminder that our annual Plant Sale is this Friday, May 29th from 2:00-5:00 pm. Come out and shop for some plants and enjoy a burger at the yearbook BBQ fundraiser. We appreciate the continued community support and hope to see you there! 🌼

Is there a friend of our greenhouse who would be able to pick up three large fans from Princess Auto and deliver to our Youngstown greenhouse? We would get them ordered and be so grateful for the help!

Our annual Plant Sale will be coming up on Friday, May 29th at 2:00 pm! We will also be having a BBQ fundraiser with proceeds going toward our school yearbook. Come see what our students have grown this spring and get some flowers and vegetables to fill your garden! Hope to see you there!

Mother’s Day is coming up on May 11 and we have a great selection of flowers available! Drop by the greenhouse to see them for yourself!

🌸We have lots of great flower baskets available this spring! Just in time for Mother’s Day! 🌼 We have a variety of sizes and combinations available, so please check out our selection. The flowers are looking great, but the pictures just do not do them justice. If you would like to drop by the greenhouse sometime to look in person, please contact Miss Eddleston and we’d be happy to show you around. Prices and quantities are listed in the description, and they can be picked up any time. We can house them until the winter weather clears, but would ask they you pick up your purchase before the Plant Sale on May 29th. Payment can be made by cash or e-transfer to Youngstown School. Proceeds from the baskets go back to the Youngstown School Greenhouse Program, and we thank you for your continued support!

FINAL SEED UPDATE: In a turn of events our seeds arrived this afternoon and we managed to get the orders sorted thanks to our great volunteers. We sent some orders home with students, and hopefully contacted others to arrange delivery. If you have any questions about your order please reach out to Miss Eddleston. Again, a huge heartfelt thank you to everyone’s support of our sale, it was a huge success. We will plan to host another sale early next year, and happy planting this spring! 🌱
