Funding Opportunities Available to Ratepayers
Through Sustainable CAP, funding is available for a wide range of on farm projects, including:
• Agricultural water development (wells, dugouts, pipelines, watering systems, and small dams),
• Community agricultural water projects (including wells with RM tank loading facilities),
• Well decommissioning,
• Animal welfare and biosecurity equipment (beef, bison, sheep/goat, swine, poultry, cervid, dairy, and bee operations),
• Seeding forages,
• Fencing for grazing management,
• Livestock water treatment and protection projects,
• And much more!

Sustainable CAP is a five-year, $485-million investment by federal and provincial governments in strategic initiatives for Saskatchewan agriculture.
