Who are the Friends?

Friends of the Woodstock Public Library are a variety of people with one thing in common: we love the library and promote and support its services.

What do Friends Do?

Since our founding in 1999, the Friends have raised money for:

computers in the children's area

a projection screen for the meeting room

the library gardens

wooden chairs throughout the library

supported programs offered by the library

a stained glass window

Meetings are 2nd Wednesday of the month, except for July and August, 5:30 p.m. in the library meeting room

It's easy!!

Membership is $10 per year

submit in an envelope $10 or a Cheque to Friends of the Woodstock Library and give it to a staff member in the library. On the envelope put Chair of the Friends of the Woodstock Public Library. In the envelope include your name, phone and email address.

Or you can attend a meeting and join then.

You will receive a membership card after payment.
