Wolfville Fire Department Established in 1890, the Wolfville Volunteer Fire Department provides services to the Town of Wolfville and the surrounding communities in Kings County.

Mission Statement:
"To provide quality Fire Suppression, Fire Prevention, and Rescue Services to protect the lives and property of the Citizens of Wolfville and surrounding communities."

Meet Firefighter Tucker Hanshaw! Tucker is a third generation firefighter, following in the footsteps of grandfather Kirk (former chief) and mother Robin!

Tucker started at Wolfville Fire as a junior and is now a probationary firefighter. We all appreciate his quick wit, desire to help and unwavering dedication to his community!

Come say hi to Tucker this weekend as he spends 24 hours high above Main Street starting Friday at 6pm!
