We’re looking for a full-time Maintenance & Beautification Worker to join the Exchange District BIZ team!

This role helps keep the Exchange District clean, welcoming, and beautiful year-round. Duties include:

• Litter control & sidewalk cleanliness
• Graffiti removal
• Gardening & beautification
• General maintenance and community initiatives

We’re looking for someone who is reliable, organized, physically fit, and positive, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

The position may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, and work in various weather conditions.
