Adoption Options Manitoba Adoption Options offers private domestic and inter-country adoption and is committed to raising awareness about open adoption in Manitoba.

We offer confidential services, support, and hope to Manitobans. Adoption Options is a not-for-profit adoption agency licensed by the Manitoba Government to provide a full range of adoption services to both birth mothers and prospective adoptive parents. Over our history, Adoption Options has matched more than 350 birth parents and adoptive parents, creating “forever families” through adoption and a commitment to quality, caring, individualized service.
