The annual Maryland Street Fest was EPIC! It was a day packed with music, food, fun, shopping, dancing, and so many of the people who make West Broadway what it is.

A huge THANK YOU to everyone who showed up, hung out and brought the energy, to our incredible partners and sponsors who helped make it all happen, and to all the West Broadway businesses who got involved and made the day extra special. 🙌

Not only is it the Maryland Music Fest, but there are a ton of great events from local businesses! Make sure you pop by Waltz on In for thrifts and sips today (9AM05PM), Garage Days music (2PM and 4PM) along with local vendors (12PM-6PM) at The Handsome Daughter, Sherbrook Street Market (11AM-5PM) at Lennard Taylor Design and the Morgoritaville Party Afternoon Party and Drag Show (3:30PM) at Good Neighbour Brewing Co.

One of our favourite days of the year is coming this Saturday!

Maryland Music Fest with Real Love Winnipeg is bringing the local tunes, the food, the drinks and the neighbours together for a night to end summer 2026!

The best part? It's FREE to attend.

We're talking 2️⃣ stages for our amazing local performers, a vintage street market, beer gardens AND an official after party. Yeah, seriously. It's going to get WEIRD in the BEST way. You can even come out earlier for a community smudge with RaY Winnipeg.

In just one week, we're celebrating West Broadway with the Maryland Music Fest!

For one night only, your local grocery store parking lot (Maryland Food Fare) will be transformed into the hottest music venue in town. Maryland Music Fest brings you a lineup of our city’s most exciting emerging artists for FREE — supported by award-winning craft beers from Good Neighbour Brewing & fresh eats by Bistro Dansk & Food Fare. We’re excited to partner with Luckygirl Pops & Chip’s Vintage to bring you a fabulous vintage street market, featuring FORTY exciting vendors.

The official side stage at Shorty’s Pizza is bringing you DJs all day, while The Handsome Daughter’s official afterparty will keep the vibes going.

Here's the Maryland Bridge taken looking north towards West Broadway! (Psst! You can see the old Misericordia Hospital's dome on the left.)

The photo was taken some time after 1894 and before 1921. How cool!
