Gold Stars All Around! 🌟🌟🌟
MNU recently received a free fall of gold stars for the folks at St. Boniface Emergency, which we would like to share:
“Several weeks ago, my wife and I spent 24 hours in St. Boniface Emergency due to my very low blood platelet count. Bruises were appearing out of nowhere.
The waiting room was full, every corner of the emergency department was full, plus many patients were on beds lining the hallways.
It was a recipe for calamity and error, yet every member of the staff we saw moved quickly, calmly and with purpose. They interacted well with each other and were friendly and good-natured with us.
It was infectious. Everyone in the waiting room was calm. We felt calm and properly cared for. I can’t thank the staff enough for creating these feelings.
We remembered a few names (please excuse the likely improper spelling) and would like to thank them individually: Zheila in triage, nurses Kasius, Kasey, and Baya, and doctors Peters and Moltzan.
These people and the others who cared for us at St Boniface Emergency deserve a great deal of respect and admiration.”
Many thanks to them all!👏 👏 👏
