Backyard Breathing is here to support families in pausing, breathing, and just noticing the world around them. During these sessions, parents and children will take part in guided exercises with Certified Yoga Instructor and Outdoor Educator Kyrstin Goulding, designed to spark sensory exploration and a stronger connection to nature. 💨🍃🌱
