🍎 School Lunch Tips!

School nutrition breaks are short, about 20 minutes. Set your child up for success with these tips:
🥕 Cut food into small, easy bites
🧃 Practice using containers and water bottles
👦 Have your child help. Kids who help make their lunch are more likely to eat it.
