We attract, encourage, and empower female students to pursue careers in STEM WHY WE EXIST?

We create programs that will encourage young women to consider various career opportunities and make informed decisions. We develop partnerships with sectors to offer hands on camps for young women to experiences these job sectors. We help provide the right tools, resources, and mentorship to young women. We also provide parents with the tools to help their children make informed career choices. Consults with companies in various sectors to help them diversify their workforce.

Dreamer Day is back — and celebrating a major milestone. 💜

On Thursday, October 29, 2026, Dreamer Day returns for its 5th year at our NEW home, The International Centre in Mississauga.

What started as a bold vision to create space for young women to explore careers without limits has grown into one of Canada’s largest career exploration experiences for female students — and this next chapter is our biggest yet.

As Dreamer Day continues to grow, so does the incredible community behind it. We are proud to once again welcome Enbridge as our Presenting Sponsor and Invest Mississauga as our Co-Host Partner for Dreamer Day 2026.
