The Elder's Luncheon's location will be at 4802 Highway 97 N.
Due to technical issues, we are unable to host a Zoom call for the Open House.

We will be holding another meeting regarding the Child & Family Services Spaces, which will include a Zoom call, updated community input results, and further discussion.

We’re hiring one Secwépemc Camp Guide!

The summer student will receive hands-on-training and skill development through direct
engagement, observation and by supporting the delivery of cultural teachings, land-based activities, and stewardship practices.

This is a full-time summer position, between July 6 to August 28, 2026, with one week’s work in a remote setting. Perfect for a student!

Weyt-kp! MFS is excited to be hosting a land-based cultural camp with Xatśūll (Soda Creek) and T’exelc (Williams Lake First Nation) youth between 13-18. The land-based culture camp will take place July 6-10, 2026 on Caribou Island, Quesnel Lake, BC. This is shared territory with both XFN and WLFN and we are excited for our youth to learn more about Secwépemc culture and Secwépemc’ulecw (Secwépemc Territory). Please see posters for contact info and email if you have any questions.

We are also doing a call out for our Elders, Knowledge Holders, cooks and helpers, please message if you have any interest.
