This week and last week have been full of fun, outdoor & indoor learning for Columneetza Grade 7s in preparation for Earth Day April 22 and the Earth Challenge event. Students learn science around water, air, invasive species, ecosystems and waste and how we can all contribute to a healthier planet by living lighter on the Earth. Then they will have a chance to earn points using their knowledge to win some downtown dollars and support local businesses as a reward.
Talk to a Grade 7 student you know to see what they’ve learned and maybe you can learn something new too!
