TOWN OF WILKIE – DEVELOPMENT APPLICATION UPDATE
Town Council has approved the proposed multi-unit residential development following the public hearing held on September 14, 2026.
Council would like to thank all residents who attended the public hearing and those who took the time to provide comments and concerns. Council heard and considered the feedback received as part of its decision-making process.
With Council’s decision now made, the development will proceed in accordance with the applicable approvals, regulations, and requirements of the Town.
It is important to note that all residents and property owners within the development will be subject to the same Town bylaws and regulations as every other resident and property owner in Wilkie; and will be expected to comply with all applicable bylaws, including those relating to property use, noise, parking, nuisance, and other community standards.
The Town appreciates the public’s participation throughout this process and remains committed to administering municipal bylaws and regulations consistently across the community.
