Beneath The Mourning Sky - facilitated by Dawn Paterson

During this presentation, we explore:
- What grief truly is - and how it affects our lives
- Isolation vs. solitude
- The nervous system and what the body is communicating
- Activators, triggers, and emotional patterns
- Vulnerability, boundaries, asking for support

Tuesday April 21 at 1:00 pm at the Wildwood Community Hall

This presentation is designed not only for those who are grieving, but also for support persons, caregivers, professionals, and anyone walking alongside someone in loss. It offers practical insight into what the bereaved are experiencing and clear guidance on how to provide meaningful, informed support.
Each session is delivered in a space designed for understanding, steadiness, and forward movement.

Please note: There are limited spaces and participants must attend Wildwood School. Staff will walk with students from the school to the programming space.
