Na cho Nyak Dun Development Corporation Working together to better the NND community through economic development of the land

Through the creation of a sustainable economy, the NND Development Corporation (NNDDC) plays a leadership role in contributing to NND being an ideal location to raise a family and a working model of an environmentally sustainable, self- sufficient and culturally proud First Nation community. NNDDC transacts business of a commercial nature to generate revenue and create employment opportunities for NND Members and Member businesses through partnerships, joint ventures and other development opportunities like:
-Mining/ Reclamation
-Renewable Energy
-Real Estate

We support and act in compliance with the NND Strategic Plan, the NND Land Act and NND laws, regulations and policies. For every initiative involving Nacho Nyak Dun Lands, we implement a consultation process that involves NND Members in a meaningful way in partnership with the NND Lands and Resources Department. NNDDC implements environmental standards for the development of Nacho Nyak Dun Lands that meet or exceed the environmental standards established by NND Government. Also, NNDDC's decisions reflect environmental, social, economic and cultural considerations.
