It is with broken hearts and deep sympathy that we extend our thoughts and prayers out to the family of our cook, Wanda Beaudry who recently passed away unexpectedly.

Wanda was a big part of Tennille’s Hope .. she started volunteering as a prep cook on our opening day in Feb. 2007. Even though she took some time away from the kitchen over the past 18 years she always helped out whenever she could with fundraisers and in the kitchen and eventually came back to become one of our main cooks and prepared many many delicious meals.

Wanda, the kitchen will never be the same without you … we will miss your cooking, your sense of humour but most of all we will miss all the love you showed to everyone who crossed your path.
You definitely showed us all the meaning behind this statement “strangers are just friends you have yet to meet.”

Rest in peace lovely lady, you will never be forgotten!

Chili Bowl Fundraiser was a huge success again!
Whitecourt Potters' Guild raised $7385.00 and 288 pottery bowls now have a new home!

PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING ….

The soup kitchen will be closed next week as we have a painter coming in to paint the kitchen and dining area!

We will re-open on Sept.30
