The Township of White River would like to remind residents and visitors that the use of All-Terrain Vehicles (ATVs & SidebySide's) within the municipality is subject to provincial laws and municipal by-laws.

As we continue to enjoy the outdoors and our community’s trails and roadways, it is important that ATV operators are familiar with the rules and requirements that apply within the Township of White River.

For everyone’s safety and to help ensure the responsible use of ATVs in our community, we encourage residents to take a moment to review the applicable ATV By-Law below.

Please be advised that the Township of White River and ServiceOntario will be closed on Monday, September 7th in observance of the Labour Day holiday.

Regular hours will resume on Tuesday, September 8th.

Payments can be made by:
🏛️ Visiting Town Hall during regular business hours
💻 Online banking through your financial institution
📞 Calling the Township at 807-822-2450 ext. 201
