March is Epilepsy Awareness Month — a time to learn more, share stories, and support the 1 in 100 Canadians living with epilepsy.

At Epilepsy York Region, we’re here year-round providing support, education, advocacy, and connection for individuals and families in our community. 💜

If you’re wondering how you can show your support, a small donation is one simple way to make a meaningful impact. Your gift helps us continue offering support groups, one-to-one assistance, community education, and resources for those navigating life with epilepsy.

Also sharing our posts, starting conversations, and wearing purple all make a difference too. But if you’re in a position to give, we’re so grateful for your support.

Together, we can raise awareness and remind everyone that people living with epilepsy are more than a diagnosis.
