The beauty of our live, online classes is that we get to meet people from all over the world. As we move into the weekend we would like to take this opportunity to wish our members from the USA a safe and joyous 4th of July!

It’s finally summer!!!! Here are some tips from our members to help you have the best summer ever!

1. Try something new. This can range from starting a new hobby or being open to learning about a different style of music.

2. Connect with old friends. One of our members recently moved, and they are making an effort to connect with friends in their previous town.

3. Make new friends. New members join Lubdub all the time and we are excited to make new friends!

4. Stay hydrated. This is always a focus for us in our exercise and dance classes, especially during the hot summer.

5. Get active. Our members have a variety of fitness goals including more time walking in nature, attending more dance classes as well as swimming.

6. Be a helper. Many of our members have set goals to be helpful at home and in their communities.
