Station 3 doing some RIT & Search and Rescue drills a couple weeks back.

Station 3 members utilized the Search and Rescue prop to practice numerous skills- Firefighter survival, teamwork and communication, RIT and Mayday drills, downed firefighter/patient extrication, as well as radio communications.

These kind of drills turn emergency procedures into practiced skill. Big thanks to NCFD and their training props & resources they provide us to stay ready for emergency situations. 🔥 🚒

At this time, NCFD is not conducting any door-to-door campaigns for inspections or any other purposes. In addition, NCFD does not conduct any fundraising or donation campaigns through door-to-door visits.

Please use caution, and do not feel pressured to provide personal information or money to anyone claiming to represent NCFD.

WFFA would like to wish a Happy Retirement to our Kevin Martin. After 18 years of incredible and dedicated service to our community, Kevin has hung up his helmet at Station 3 Waterford. 🧑🏽‍🚒

From all the late nights, early mornings, missed holidays and birthdays, your service will forever be appreciated and remembered. ❤️

Waterford Lions Community Update

Great news — our Scrap Metal Bin is HERE NOW!

The Waterford Lions have once again teamed up with our amazing partners at the Waterford Fire Fighters and Quick Lane & L**e to bring this project back to the community.

The bin is now set up at Quick Lane & L**e in Waterford, and every piece of scrap metal donated helps raise funds that go directly back into our community — supporting local projects, events, and initiatives.

If you’ve got old metal, appliances, or scrap lying around, now’s the time to clean it up and drop it off!
