🚨Sump Pump Reminder 🚨

With all the rainfall we have received and will receive in the future, your sump pump MUST be discharging to the street and not the sewer system.

The pumps at the lift station are running constantly to keep up, but if unnecessary water is entering the system the risk of a backup is increased and straining our infrastructure.

Please do your part and have all pumps discharging to the street.

We have just sprayed the weeds at the mini golf. Please respect the signage and stay off the mini golf until signage is removed. Thank you.

Department members will be out flushing hydrants this evening, we will be starting at King St and 1st, moving on to King and 3rd, then 2nd and South Railway, then east along South Railway.

You might notice some discolouration from the water in your tap, if you do run the cold until it runs clear.

The office will be open tomorrow, May 27, 2026, however, due to computer upgrades no payments will be able to be processed.
