Vulcan County has a Public Hearing scheduled for Wednesday, July 15th @ 11:05 a.m. for Land Use Bylaw Amendment 2026-021. The public is welcome to attend in person to share your opinion or view with Council.

Join us this Wednesday, June 17th, at the Municipal Planning Commission & Council meetings starting @ 9:00 a.m.

Proposed Bylaw 2026-007 - Rural Industrial Rezone will be presented to Vulcan County Council for a decision on June 17, 2026. This is the standard next step in the bylaw process and does not mean the bylaw has been approved. Following a public hearing, the bylaw must return to Council for consideration and decision. As the public hearing has concluded, there will be no opportunity for additional public submissions or presentations at the June 17 meeting.

🎉 Come celebrate with us at one of the many parades taking place throughout Vulcan County this year as we celebrate the County's 75th Anniversary!

We had a great time at the Arrowwood Centennial Parade on May 30, and our celebrations continue tomorrow, June 13, at the Vulcan Spock Days Parade.

Keep an eye out for Vulcan County Councillors and crews as they join the parade route, and be sure to give them a wave as they pass by! 👋

We look forward to celebrating 75 years of community, agriculture, and rural life with residents across the County throughout the year.
