Naden Athletic Centre is a public gym located at CFB Esquimalt (Naden). We offer a wide range of programming for people of all ages such as personal training, various clubs, and health/wellness workshops! All prices for memberships, courses, and clubs can be found in the Activity Guide. Produce your ID to receive category pricing.

Bring your military ID for access through the gate and meet at the top of Y Jetty. PSP will lead a warm-up at 0815, with a run start time of 0830. We can’t wait to see your colours on display!

⛳️ 🏌️‍♀️ Over the past month, CAF women from CFB Esquimalt had the opportunity to take part in our 3-session Women in Sport Golf Program at Highland Pacific Golf!

From learning golf fundamentals to building confidence on the course, participants enjoyed beautiful weather, supportive coaching, and a fun environment to learn and grow together.

Thank you to everyone who participated and helped make this clinic such a great success — we loved seeing the progress, confidence, and positive energy each week! 💛

⛳️🏌️‍♀️ Au cours du dernier mois, des femmes des FAC de CFB Esquimalt ont eu l’occasion de participer à notre programme de golf féminin « Women in Sport » de 3 séances au Highland Pacific Golf!

Entre l’apprentissage des bases du golf et le développement de la confiance sur le terrain, les participantes ont profité d’une météo magnifique, d’un encadrement motivant et d’un environnement amusant et accueillant pour apprendre et progresser ensemble.

Merci à toutes les participantes et à toutes les personnes qui ont contribué au succès de cette clinique — ce fut un réel plaisir de voir les progrès, la confiance et l’énergie positive grandir semaine après semaine! 💛

Naden Pool Closed!
Due to unforeseen circumstances the pool will remain closed the remainder of the evening and tomorrow morning Tuesday 12 May. We will post again when we are able to open the pool.

The rest of the facility remains OPEN.
