Saywell Contracting has been selected as the Construction Manager for a new development at 1435 Cranberry Avenue in Nanaimo, developed by Snuneymuxw First Nation with funding provided by BC Housing and M'akola Development Services acting as the Owner's Representative. The project consists of a six-storey, wood-frame, multi-family housing development featuring a landscaped central courtyard, on-site parking, and a SPEA covenant-protected area associated with Wexford Creek. Qualified trade partners and suppliers are invited to participate in the tendering process across all respective scopes.
