Today was full of creativity, connection, and kindness. Our Sibkids had such a meaningful day creating time capsules, drawing self‑portraits, family portraits, and making beautiful hand‑art masterpieces. We also worked through our “About Me & My Sib” worksheets which sparked thoughtful conversations.
We shared laughs, games, and brownie M&M flower treats, then took a walk to the pedestrian overpass to wave at cars and spread joy with our “Kindness is free” sign. The honks and waves back made our day!
So proud of these amazing kids and the kindness they share 💕

🍣 Sushi Night Fun! 🍣
The Sibteens had a sushi night this past Wednesday and it was fun…although a little tricky. Lots of rolls ended up more like sushi salad, but that was part of the fun! 😂

The roll‑up skills definitely needed some practice, but there were plenty of laughs along the way. Great food, good conversation, and lots of smiles all around—such a fun night together!

Tomorrow is the big day! 🌷🌱🐝🪺

Join us for our drop-in Spring Fling event taking place at Hamsterly Beach in Elk/Beaver Lake Regional Park. You can drop by anytime between 11am-2pm for displays, activities, crafts, storytelling and guided walks. We hope to see you there!

Our Sibkid crew had an egg-stra awesome Easter themed session this past Saturday and it was packed with giggles, games, and glorious chaos!

We kicked things off with:
🎉 An Easter matching game
🥔🎨 Potato egg stamping (yes… potato art is absolutely a thing!)
🔤🐣 A scrambled egg word hunt that had everyone zooming around
🪵✨ Decorating wooden Easter egg ornaments
🧶💖 And creating the fluffiest yarn egg pictures ever!

Then came the games:
✈️ Airport – One kid blindfolded + a maze of squishy obstacles + teammates yelling “GO LEFT! NO, YOUR OTHER LEFT!” = the best kind of playful mayhem!
🔠 Tapple – Rapid fire alphabet brain battles!
💙 Autism awareness challenge – Kids tried to stay focused while their friends gently tried to distract them with head pats, feather tickles, and dramatic loud reading. (Spoiler: LOTS of laughing!)

And of course…chocolate bird’s nest cookies. Because every great day needs great snacks! 🍫🪺

Such a joyful, silly, heartwarming session. 🐣💛
Can’t wait to do it again next month!
