✨👶隣組 Family Drop In 👶✨

親子で楽しい時間を過ごしませんか？

🎨 ヨーコ先生といっしょに
今回は、ボール遊びやマット運動、簡単なコーディネーショントレーニングなど、身体を動かす活動を中心に行う予定です。

コーディネーショントレーニングは、さまざまなスポーツや運動の基礎となる運動能力を育て、自分のイメージ通りに体を動かしたり、力加減や体のコントロールを学ぶことにつながります。特に身体の成長が著しい幼児期にこれらの能力を育てることは、将来のスポーツや身体発達の良い土台になります。
