Saturday, July 18, 2026 at 8:30 AM — right before the Spirit of the Lakes Festival parade (10 AM). Start and finish at Lost Lake Commons, with an out-and-back along the Dakota Rail Regional Trail.

Chip-timed 5K — $45 (includes bib + inaugural event shirt)
Kids 5K (12 & under) — $30 | Free for ages 7 & under
Family fun run/walk option — everyone welcome

Our signature program sends real scientists into classrooms to deliver hands-on, minds-on STEM lessons to students in grades 3-8 during school hours. We also serve youth organizations and work with corporate partners to offer special science experiences for audiences of all ages.
