Today is Rowan’s Law Day. 💜

September 30 is a day to honour the memory of Rowan Stringer and continue an important conversation about concussion awareness and safety in sport.

For our athletes, coaches, officials, parents and everyone in the ringette community, knowing the signs of a concussion — and knowing what to do when one is suspected matters.

Hit. Stop. Sit.
If you get hit on the head, stop what you’re doing, sit down and get checked out.

Take some time today to learn more about concussion prevention, recognition and management, and help us continue creating safer environments for everyone in sport.
