Registration for our Fall session will be on Thurs Sept 10 beginning at 9am online through the Amilia App (No registrations will be done over the phone or in person at this time). Please note, at this time we are only able to offer limited group lessons on Sat due to instructor availability. We are hoping once schedules are sorted, we will be able to offer more. A limited number of Private lessons will be offered on Monday and Wednesday evenings and we will be reaching out to names on the waitlist for those. (Please note, the waitlist is quite long and we cannot guarantee a spot)😊💦

You asked and we listened! You were looking for more evening fitness classes and we're happy to tell you we've added 2!! Starting today, you can check out Lisa's class from 5-545 Tuesdays for the next 6 weeks until her surgery. Build strength and increase movement every week! Starting next Monday from 7-745 you can check out AquaFitness with Deb! Don't forget you can still get your sweat on with AquaStep with Jeannine on Thurs evenings starting this week at it's new time of 530!! Take your pick 😊💦

It was our Honour to unveil our memorial bench placed along our walkway, in memory of past Chair of Scotia Pool Society, Dwight Giddens. Thank you Carolyn, for coming to share this special moment with us.

Accessibility Upgrades Underway
On Tuesday, Sept. 8th, work will begin in the men’s changeroom to add a fully accessible toilet stall, replace two toilets, install new metal partitions, and create two shower stalls. When the work is complete, the men’s and women’s changerooms will switch locations permanently. The switch is being made to accommodate the larger ratio of female to male patrons.
Flagship Construction and JC Mechanical will complete the work. During construction, the men’s toilets and urinal will be unavailable. A porta potty and hand-sanitizing station will be placed outside the pool’s front entrance. A divider will be installed beside the work area to allow safe access from the changeroom to the showers. Please use caution, as dust and debris may be present. The project is expected to take five to six days, excluding weekends. This work will not impact the women’s changeroom. Should there be any change to the scope or duration of the work, we will keep you informed. Our intention is to remain open for programming during these renovations with as little impact to our patrons as possible.
We apologize for any inconvenience, but at the same time we look forward to offering a more accessible facility to our clientele when renovations are complete.

Scotia Pool has undertaken an important project to make our facility more accessible and welcoming to everyone.
This project includes powered doors for both the men’s and women’s washrooms, building ramps at both exit doors, and installing a barrier free stall in the women’s washroom.
Our next goal is to make the men’s washroom fully accessible. To help make this possible, we are asking our pool patrons for donations and support.
Every contribution, large or small, will help us continue improving accessibility at Scotia Pool. Your support would be greatly appreciated and would make a meaningful difference to our community 😊💦
