Over the past six weeks, our Trail Running group has laced up their shoes, hit the trails, embraced new challenges, and celebrated personal achievements through countless kilometres together.

A huge thank you to Dirty Soles Trail Running for generously sharing their time, expertise, encouragement, and passion with our participants each week. Their welcoming leadership helped runners of all experience levels build confidence, challenge themselves, and connect with others in our community.

The program quickly became a highlight of the week for many participants, and we've heard countless positive comments about the friendships formed, confidence gained, and enjoyment found on the trails.
