*What is "Civil Discourse"?
According to Randy Boyagoda: "Having that conversation with people, especially when you don’t know how it's going to turn out"

Building on our understanding of why disagreement matters, this session explores the art of turning conflict into collaboration. Participants will learn how to engage across differences with curiosity, active listening, and intellectual humility, transforming friction into productive agreements. We’ll examine strategies for fostering meaningful dialogue in classrooms, workplaces, and communities. By embracing the courage to stay in conversation, attendees will discover how civil discourse can lead to shared understanding and constructive outcomes.
