👋☀️ will be returning to the Union Summer patio this year, serving up their small-batch custard ice creams and treats.

All handcrafted with local dairy and egg yolks for a rich, dense, ultra-creamy texture. With low overrun, you eat more flavour and way less air, just how ice cream should be.

Ruru Baked began as a tiny pop-up and grew into a happy pandemic success story.

We are so excited to welcome them back to the patio! 🍦

👋☀️ will be bringing their iconic smash burgers to the Union Summer patio.

Their burgers are made with a signature blend of Halal hand slaughtered Australian Wagyu and premium AAA beef cut, delivered and ground fresh daily. Prepared from hand-formed balls, each then smashed in a single patty manner. Quality, detail and precision are the unique ways of Ugly Delicious. You’ll know it when you taste it! ⁠

All of their meat is halal and they also have a vegetarian⁠ burger, the ‘Earth Burger’, with the goal to feed everyone 🍔 let’s feast.

Wicked Carib is built on the visionary Chefs Asif and Annie Khan’s passion for serving their Caribbean culinary delicacies. Culinary delicacies rooted on ancestral cooking methods, traditional
recipes, and specially curated spices. At Wicked Carib food is a connection to tradition, ancestry
and nostalgia. Chefs Asif and Annie take their passion and knowledge for Caribbean cuisine further by pushing the boundaries of their recipes to deliver unique Caribbean dishes, proudly serving up handcrafted Caribbean food culture in the heart of the city.

They have halal, vegetarian, and vegan options. Their Doubles and Patties come highly recommended (we tried them!).

Their offerings include classic staples such as street tacos, burritos, and quesadillas, with their signature Birria Tacos standing out as their true labor of love.
