Today, we’re launching a new campaign challenging how we see medical complexity.

The video follows a teenage boy through an ordinary school day. At the end, we see who has been beside him all along: Henry, riding alongside him in his wheelchair.

The ad is not a retelling of Henry’s personal story, but Henry is a former Safehaven client, and his presence in the campaign helps bring an important truth to life: children and youth with medical complexity deserve to be seen for who they are and to experience the everyday moments that matter most.

Watch the video and help us share the message.
