This year, Taste of North York is excited to once again bring two amazing DJs as a part of our entertainment line-up! These wonderful people will keep the vibe going on the upper level through to the end of the night on both Saturday and Sunday!

On Saturday from 5-10pm, we have DJ Shyykimm! DJ Shyykimm is a Toronto-based DJ, yoga instructor, and soulful vibe curator. Blending KPOP, smooth R&B, house rhythms with heart-centered energy, her sets are made to move your body and spirit. As a mother and artist, she brings authenticity, balance, and connection into every beat — creating feel-good spaces to breathe, move, and feel.

On Sunday from 4-8pm, we have DJ Allen! DJ Allen is a Toronto-based open-format DJ with 10+ years of experience at luxury events, weddings and multicultural celebrations. Fluent in Persian and English, he blends every genre seamlessly and delivers unforgettable sets anywhere in the world.

We have another amazing Taste of North York entertainment line-up this year at Mel Lastman Square!

There will be over 200 artists participating in the festival this year. Where else can you learn Latin, Ukrainian, Persian, Brazilian, Bollywood and Korean dance steps all in one weekend?

With our two stage set-up- one platform stage on the upper level and the mainstage on the lower level- our three-day festival is chock-full of local and cultural performances ranging from dance, to music, to audience workshops, and more!

Bring a friend, a partner, or a parent, and you’ll be bound to find yourself dancing and singing along to our wonderful performers this year. Fun for all ages!
