Ujima House Ujima House is a one of kind space where young fathers and father figures can gather to support one another in their parenting role.

In a model of a home away from home, Ujima House is a child friendly space where fathers can learn and bond with their children. Ujima house is designed to reflect the comfort and sensibilities needed to create an environment conducive to young men feeling at ease. Moreover, YPF is a space where Young & Potential Fathers can receive mentorship and be engaged in dialogues about issues relevant to t

hem as fathers, as racialized youth, and to receive life skills supports for them and their children.

This month is Black History Month. Let’s remind ourselves the impact black people have made in this nation and around the world. Let’s celebrate the courage, strength, wisdom, and great influence our people have gifted us throughout history. While we take time to reflect on the impact this culture has had on Canada, it doesn’t stop there. It’s also about people, racial equality and inclusiveness for all.
