In collaboration with The Centre for Grief & Healing, we are pleased to present the GriefTalks webinar;
Forgiving Yourself in the Midst of Grief, presented by Grace Duong 💜

On Monday June 8th from 7-8pm over Zoom!

After loss and death, grief can feel overwhelming. We may find ourselves caught in cycles of self-blame, guilt, or anger toward others. These responses are survival strategies, but remaining stuck in them can deepen suffering and isolation.

In this GriefTalk, Grace explores why these patterns arise and how self-compassion and forgiveness can help lighten the burden grief can carry.

All are welcome to join, whether you have experienced loss or simply want to learn more.

This is a free educational webinar held over Zoom.

Today we honour Missing and Murdered Indigenous Women, Girls, and 2SLGBTQI+ people.

❤️ Red dresses displayed across the country symbolize those who are missing and those whose lives were taken, inspired by the REDress Project.

This day raises awareness of the ongoing, disproportionate violence faced by Indigenous communities and the deep, collective grief carried by families and loved ones. Each loss is someone cherished and missed.

We hold space for grief that is shared, unseen, and deserving of care and compassion.

You can honour today by learning, listening to Indigenous voices, supporting organizations, reflecting, or wearing red in solidarity.

If today feels heavy, support is available—you don’t have to carry it alone.

Today, we remember. ❤️
