The world famous iconic Niagara Falls will be illuminated in your national colours- the Red, White and Black- on September 24, 2026 at 10:00pm for a 15 minute duration in honour of Trinidad and Tobago's 50th Anniversary as a Republic.

Please note that all Illumination times are approximate and subject to change according to light conditions.

The religious leaders at the Interfaith Service of Thanksgiving held yesterday at the Our Lady of Good Counsel Church (the Caribbean Canadian Catholic Church) from left to right Imam Alim Ali (representative of the Islamic faith), Pundit Rajesh Maraj (representative of the Hindu faith), Archbishop Dr. Hilton B. Hadaway (representative of the Spiritual Baptist faith), Rev. Canon Claudette Taylor(representative of the Anglican Church of Toronto), Rev. Dr. Wendell Gibbs, Pastor of First Baptist Church who served as Homilist for the Service.

Today we hosted the Trinidad and Tobago Police Cricket Association Team at the offices of the Consulate General. The team is visiting Toronto to participate in a series of friendly matches with the Toronto Police Cricket Club. Such visits can be invaluable in fostering and enhancing community and international relationships, thereby laying the groundwork for greater future cooperation and collaboration.
