Hey running friends!

Here’s another great community-focused event on May 2 to help you get ready for our Tobermory Trail Weekend.

It’s taking place at the Sawmill Trails in Hepworth—the Peninsula Mountain Bike Club’s new home for the season (until the snow flies!). Come meet Jason, the club’s president, and learn more about the trails and what they have to offer.

Or come visit me a sign up to volunteer at the Tobermory Trail Race.

Proceeds from this event will support the Georgian Bay Nordic Ski Team.

Thanks to everyone who volunteered and particiapted in our RUN THE EDGE event this weekend.

We just wanted to give a BIG shout out to TIEN and VAL our volunteer coordinators extrodinaire.
They look after our racers and volunteers so well and always eloquently thank our volunteers so we wanted to be sure they know how much they are appreciated!!

Half Marathon Runners – It may be chilly in the morning. If you are wearing layers to the start line there will be a bin for your gear that will be returned to the Finish Line likely by 12 pm. Please try not to bring too much gear to the start and please LABEL ALL ITEMS CLEARLY.

The early bird deadline for the 2025 weekend of events is this coming Thursday June 12th! We're currently close to capacity in the marathon and Flower Pot Island 5K events. The 7k and 21k point-to-point events are over 50% full. Sign up soon to save!
