The two bedrooms each have a brand new queen bed, and the one bathroom at the cottage is a newly renovated three piece bathroom with a shower. There is also a Den in the back with a cot available. The outdoor living space at this cottage has been updated year after year to create a comfortable and relaxed place for your family to spend time in the fresh air during your holiday. A large front and back yard is perfect for kids to play on, and trees that surround the yard provide screening from the neighbours for a more private place to spend your time. The stone patio outside of the cottage has a picnic table, a few lounge chairs as well as propane BBQ so that your family can enjoy outdoor meals with a beautiful backdrop of Lake Huron sunsets. For those night owls, we have a little fire pit with adequate seating just on the shore line. Though the water is great to swim in just outside the property, it is rocky on the shoreline so for those who want a nice sandy beach The Inverhuron Beach is only a fifteen-minute walk away. Popular with many locals, and is great for both young children and the young at heart. The entry into the water is shallow and the sand extends well out into the water in this area. The cottage is located close to the Town of Kincardine which is famous for its old-time charm, its large colonial stone houses, and vibrant downtown... a nice spot for a day trip.
