Grief can be difficult to navigate alone.

Join community members at the Thunder Bay Indigenous Friendship Centre for a supportive group experience that explores grief and loss through trauma-informed and culturally-based approaches to healing.

🧑 Registration is required
🧑 Participants must attend at least four sessions to receive a certificate and attend graduation

Hosted in partnership by the Thunder Bay Indigenous Friendship Centre and the City of Thunder Bay, this gathering will feature Knowledge Keeper Dave Simard, Fire Keeper Dean Nooshquash, and the Charging Thunder Singerz.

Community members are invited to participate with hand drums, rattles, and songs.
