Based in Thunder Bay, Ontario, 211 North has achieved its fourth Inform USA Accreditation and set a record with eight Promising Practices identified during the process!

For more than 60 years, Lakehead Social Planning Council has strengthened its community through research, planning, information and referral, and partnerships. Its Tiny Homes initiative continues that work by helping Indigenous youth build practical skills while contributing to community-led housing solutions.

Today, we’re celebrating 𝗡𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗙𝗼𝗼𝗱 𝗕𝗮𝗻𝗸 𝗗𝗮𝘆 and the power of community and the impact we can make when we work together.

Through the partnership between the 𝗥𝗲𝗴𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗙𝗼𝗼𝗱 𝗗𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗯𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗔𝘀𝘀𝗼𝗰𝗶𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 (𝗥𝗙𝗗𝗔) and 𝟮𝟭𝟭 𝗢𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗼 𝗡𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗵 team of 𝗟𝗮𝗸𝗲𝗵𝗲𝗮𝗱 𝗦𝗼𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗣𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗖𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗹, we’re proud to have supported 𝟭𝟬𝟲 𝗵𝗼𝘂𝘀𝗲𝗵𝗼𝗹𝗱𝘀 𝗶𝗻 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟱, with 𝟭,𝟯𝟰𝟱 𝗳𝗼𝗼𝗱 𝗵𝗮𝗺𝗽𝗲𝗿 deliveries helping ensure individuals and families have access to food.
