THE KID’S CARNIVAL IS LOOKING FOR VENDORS!
The Three Hills & District Chamber is looking for family-friendly vendors to join us at our Kid's Carnival in Three Hills on Saturday, July 11.
The food truck vendor spaces are full, but we welcome PREPARED FOOD VENDORS offering products like baked goods, preserves, jams and candies.
We're also looking for MERCHANDISE VENDORS of the kind who sell into farmer's markets and street markets. If that's you, we'd love to hear from you. And feel free to share this with any entrepreneurs you know who could benefit from this NEW MARKETING OPPORTUNITY.
AND, if your COMMUNITY GROUP or organization provides services of SPECIAL INTEREST TO KIDS AND MOMS, this is your chance to reach a big part of your local target audience.
More than 300–400 people visited our vendor area last year, and we're aiming for an even bigger crowd this year. We'd be thrilled to have you join us!
The most activity will be from 12 noon to 3:30 pm, but the parade is in the area prior and there will be live music between 3:00 - 5:00 pm.
Vendor set up begins between 9:30 - 10:30 am due to access restrictions with the parade prior to the carnival. Vendors are asked to remain set up until at least 3:30 pm.
Each booth is 10'x10'. These are outdoor booths and there is no power available. You will need to provide your own table, chairs, canopies, etc. The fee is $20 payable by e-transfer prior to the event.
