This top was true slow fashion. I started it ages ago and finally finished it.

I wanted it oversized, but it doesn’t drape the way I want it too. I still like it though. It is reversible. Watch the reel again if you missed that.

I didn’t use a pattern, but I was inspired by various crochet artists work. It’s basically two daisy granny squares, with extra rows on both sides of the square to make a rectangle. For the sleeves, I crocheted the length that I liked. Then to make the cuff, I used a smaller hook and I did decrease stitches until it was also the size that I liked. I did one row of half dc for the neck and two rows of dc for the bottom.

Tell me your honest opinion. I’m thinking I need to learn more about sizing. I also think I put too many stitches in the corners and that made it a bit miss shaped. I need to try more patterns.

These bottle and jar openers have been a hit this summer. They make great gifts too. I love making them in fun colours too. I even made a few with matching dish cloths.

Want one or more? Let me know your colour preference too!

Do you sell canned goods? Would you sell these with them? Maybe we can partner up.

I needed a quick boost of serotonin and these cute jar grippers didn’t disappoint. I love how the purple and red complement each other.

Jar grippers are great for opening those difficult to open jars.

Want one? They are $5 each.
