Our members took their abilities to the plate in a friendly First Responders baseball tournament Saturday alongside members of Kingsville Fire Department, Essex-Windsor EMS, Amherstburg Fire Department, Essex County Fire and Rescue Service, Lakeshore Fire, and Ontario Provincial Police. Congratulations to Amherstburg Fire Department for taking home the win! We'll be back next year.

Congratulations to our service members who ran away with the inaugural Blazing Strides Award—recognizing Tecumseh as Essex County's fastest volunteer fire service at the 4th Annual Run With Responders 5K charity race in Windsor.

Athletes from all over the region competed and raised money to support the Canadian Mental Health Association Windsor-Essex Branch, The Special Olympics Law Enforcement Torch Run and The Windsor Firefighters Benefit Fund.

🚫🔥 Open-air burning ban in effect in Tecumseh - no fires allowed while the air quality index exceeds 7 (currently at 11) as regulated by By-Law 2021-50.
