Exciting News at TRA!!!

We are thrilled to announce that the School Milk Program is back at Tatamagouche Regional Academy!
Today was Day 1, and it was so great to see so many students enjoying milk once again!

Nutritious food and drinks support student learning, health, and well-being. We are proud to bring milk back to our school, at no cost to families!! Our goal is to make milk available to every student, every day!

A reminder to our TRA students and families that tomorrow, Thursday, September 10th, is Pink Shirt Day!

Wear pink and help us spread a little extra kindness, inclusion and positivity throughout our school community. Let’s stand together against bullying and remind one another that kindness matters. 🩷

WOW!! What a great turnout for our Welcome Back BBQ!!! There’s something special about seeing families, students, and staff together… enjoying a BBQ, catching up after the summer, meeting new teachers & parents, and visiting classrooms. We’re so lucky to have such amazing community support.
A big THANK YOU to everyone who helped make the evening happen, and a special shout-out to North Shore Variety for stocking us up with delicious hot dogs and hamburgers!!

Just a reminder of the events and activities happening at TRA this week!

We’re looking forward to seeing everyone at our Welcome Back BBQ tomorrow. Fingers crossed for blue skies—hamburgers and hotdogs will be ready starting at 5:00 PM!

🚲💨 THE TRA BIKE BUS IS BACK! 💨🚲

We are so excited to bring the TRA Bike Bus back this fall! 🎉

We’re aiming to get rolling on Fridays throughout September, with one exception — we’ll be riding on Thursday, September 24th, since there is no school on Friday that week.

The Bike Bus is a great way for students to get some fresh air, be active, and start the school day together! Students can meet us at Creamery Square at 7:30 AM as we make our way to school with staff supervision.

📄 An interest/permission form will be coming home with students tomorrow with more information and the Bike Bus expectations. Please complete and return the form if your child would like to participate.

We can’t wait to see our Mustangs back on their bikes! 🚲🐎
