Happy Pride Month, Cape Breton!

We’re so excited to introduce something we’ve been working on quietly for a while and Pride Month felt like the perfect time to share it.

Affirming Access CB
A new, low‑barrier support program for trans, two‑spirit, and gender‑diverse folks in Cape Breton.

Whether you need help with groceries, a bill, or support getting off‑island for gender‑affirming care, we’re here to stand beside you with dignity‑centered, community‑led support.

This program is made possible through the generous support of the DAWN Fund.

Please note: Funding for this program is limited, and support will be offered on a weekly cycle based on available resources.

THEY'RE FINALLY HERE!!!!

Our brand‑new S*x Over 60 guides have officially arrived, and we’re a super excited about it.

Getting older doesn’t mean the questions stop, it just means the conversations get wiser, funnier, and way more interesting. So The S*xual Health Nova Scotia Network has created a 44 page guide that’s supportive, clear, and full of real‑talk information for adults who deserve great s*xual health at every age.

And the best part?

We also offer a 2 hour interactive presentation to go with it. It's engaging, educational, and yes… super fun. Perfect for senior centres, community groups, wellness programs, or anywhere folks gather to learn and laugh together.

If you work with seniors: we’d love to come in and present.
If you just want a guide: swing by and pick one up: they’re free, friendly, and fabulous.

Cape Breton University Psychology Honours student Anna Penny is looking for participants for a study on romantic relationships and jealousy.



Adults aged 19 and older who are in a monogamous relationship of at least 3 months are invited to complete a short (15 minutes), anonymous online survey asking questions about your romantic relationships.
